About YSA Group
YSA Group Pty Ltd is a start-up industrial manufacturing company that was established in 2018, with a focus on establishing itself within the rubber industry. The company specializes in the manufacturing of conveyor belts, screen panels and tyres. Given the environmental impact attached to its products, the company has also established a division for the recycling of some of its products.
YSA is 100% black owned, 60% Youth owned, and 40% Women owned with the majority shareholding of 54%. YSA Directors are responsible for Technical Services, Projects, Corporate Services, Risk and Compliance Services.
YSA Group aims to meet an ever growing level of demand for rubber products within
the energy, mining and gas sectors, by initially focusing on conveyor belts and screen
panels, before expanding into the tyre and recycling space in the years to come.

Technical services
Mr. Sidwell Mahlangu, an established planned maintenance
coordinator and business man studying towards a Maintenance Planning Specialization Diploma, who has vast industry experience, business strategy and planning. He is supported by a multi-disciplined executive management with a strong
business and industry experience, including organisational effectiveness, quality assurance management and project management.
CEO
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Ms Lindelwa Nxumalo holds a Masters in Business Administration, with over five years manufacturing experience, varying from power generation to product manufacturing.
Projects
Mr. Thabiso Musendame has Over 25 years of work experience in the manufacturing sector with extensive hands-on experience in operations strategy, Production management, technical and quality management systems, supply chain management, procurement, project management, human resource management
(interpersonal, communication & negotiation skills, motivational ability & employee relationship), financial management and control & sales & marketing. He holds a Doctoral (PhD) degree in Business Management (University of The Witwatersrand), Masters in Business Administration (MBA), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Postgraduate Diploma in Business Leadership (PDBL) and a National Diploma in Rubber Technology. Course still under study – Higher Diploma in financial
Accounting.
Compliance and risk Systems
Mr. Dumisani Mondlane holds a diploma in Computer Science
with experience in the Management and Implementation of Information Systems in the
mining and manufacturing sector varying from Production efficiency to Safety management.
Corporate services
Ms. Nombuso Mahlangu holds a diploma in Management services
(Organisational design and effectiveness) and BTech degree in Quality, as a recent graduate she has just stepped into the corporate world as a Junior Quality assurance officer.
